Gemini Condominiums
The Gemini Condominium is a uniquely designed twelve story building, with breath-taking views from all 67 units. With six elevators, you can assure your privacy as each elevator lobby serves only two units. Each condominium is generously sized, with two bedroom units having over 1700 square feet and three bedroom units having over 1850 square feet. Our building is pet friendly, but there are restrictions. The Gemini is home to many full-time residents, and while rentals are allowed, they are restricted to a one (1) year minimum, with no exceptions. Situated between the Atlantic and the Intracoastal Waterway, our beachfront community has a dynamic yet relaxed vibe.
