Guided by the pedagogical and humanistic philosophy of Dr. Maria Montessori and significant contemporary research in early childhood, the Montessori Global Research Institute is committed to the optimal holistic development of children with harmony, respect, and love.

MGRI operates a laboratory school for children from infancy through elementary years that provides an internship site for teachers in training and a model for community engagement. MGRI is a full member of the American Montessori Society (AMS), accredited by the National Accreditation Commission for Early Care and Education Programs (NAC), and a Gold Seal program by the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF).
