Ormond Beach Utility Bill Alert.

The city of Ormond Beach sent out a release Tuesday warning customers of an error on their utility bills that were dated for December 7, 2020.
The Ormond Beach utility bill that was dated December 7, 2020, printed incorrect balances on the statements. The city’s Utility Bill error only affected paper bill statements, including the digital copy of the paper statement.
“We are working diligently to send out correct billing and apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for your patience,” said City Officials in the release.
