10am - 12pm Walter Boardman Drive - Bulow State Park Entrance B-12 trail near the little bridge.

Limited to 25 people

Please join us for a unique opportunity to learn about what a Prescribed Burn is and why these planned fires are scheduled. Mark Adams, Bulow Plantation Park Service Specialist, will introduce you to Park Service Specialist, Todd Backhaus, who will explain this procedure and take you on a walk into an area that recently held a prescribed burn.

Please wear close-toed shoes, long pants, a hat. Bring water, sun screen.
