Citizens Self-Serve for Ormond Beach Utility customers unavailable, December 13 -15.

The City of Ormond Beach is temporarily shutting down its Citizen Self-Serve system to improve its security.
The system will be down beginning Monday, December 13, through Wednesday, December 15, for the upgrade. Once it is running again, all residents must re-register to access billing information. However, Bank drafting and auto credit card payments will be untouched.
Ormond Beach’s Self-Service allows citizens to pay for their utility billing and other payments from home. The system includes monthly meter readings, billing and collections, and customer service support.
