Florida Licensing on Wheels coming to Ormond Beach.

The City of Ormond Beach has announced that Florida Licensing on Wheels, or FLOW, is coming to Ormond Beach City Hall from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 30.

According to the City of Ormond Beach website, Florida Licensing on Wheels is a standalone mobile office with technology to provide for most motorists’ needs. The program will provide driver license/ID card change of address, renewals, replacements, and renewals and replacements of vehicle registration and disabled parking permits.

However, Florida Licensing on Wheels will not provide services for a licensing road test.
